Order Processing Time

• Standard consumer sets (e.g. Egoo Home Use) are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days.
• Large institutional kits and custom bulk orders (such as Cosmotor and Magniworld) undergo dedicated quality inspection and are processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

• Air Express (Standard & Small Sets): Delivered via international air couriers (such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS) with an estimated delivery window of 7–14 business days.
• Freight Shipping (Large Modular Systems & B2B Bulk Orders): Heavy and oversized equipment is shipped via specialized sea freight or international pallet transport. Estimated transit times typically range from 20–35 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your destination country. Unless otherwise arranged under a custom commercial agreement, recipients are responsible for standard import regulations.
