Thank you for choosing Egoo. We take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and safety of our educational toys and modular building systems. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Returns
- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included components, play cards, and manuals.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at heyucun@egooedu.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
Damages and Quality Issues
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If any component is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at heyucun@egooedu.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will promptly arrange replacement parts or a replacement shipment at no extra charge.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
